Before work begins

You may request a full refund before AEO Zone begins reviewing your submitted business information or preparing your custom materials.

After work begins

Because the service includes individualized professional review and custom-written materials, payments become non-refundable after work begins. If AEO Zone is unable to deliver the purchased service, the amount paid will be refunded.

How to request a refund

Email joe@aeozone.com with your name, business name, purchase email, and request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
